Wow! I’m a logical and organised person…..I’m a

High Green

…but am I really?
I usually have a short pre-lunch break from video editing in order to rest my eyes and catch up with the emails. You could call this my logical and organised ‘Green’ period of the day.

But I’m a bit of a chameleon, not a comedian… (although I probably am a little funnier after a couple of gin and tonics)… you know how chameleons change their colour depending on surroundings, well I seem to change my ‘colour’ or mood depending on what I’ve just eaten, or what time of day it is or….
well I could go on at length here but I’ve lunch to prepare and you’re probably wishing I’d
get to the point PDQ.

The response to ‘Hi, how are you’ will depend on if you’re doing the shopping, falling in love or have just finished writing your first book. Academics love labels like enneagram types or psychological profiles but our response to any sort of question must be coloured by environment, emotion or the amount of beer swilling around in our stomach.
My point is we spend every day of our lives making hundreds of decisions about mundane,
exciting or important things like choosing what to wear, which emails to read or what to say when filling in a ‘Colour’ Analytical form. I must have answered some of those colour style questions incorrectly or untruthfully because I don’t recognise much of me in the High Green description. I feel like I’ve just failed my driving test and want desperately to re-take it and puts things right.
Who said ‘It’s wonderful to make a decision from a position of knowing’? Actually, it was my wife not five minutes ago whilst talking to a friend on the phone! (She is very astute, my wife, and miles in front of me on our journey of discovery). I was going to quote that old chestnut ‘Today’s news becomes tomorrow’s chip paper’ but strangely my wife’s comment seems to say it all.
I’m flagging now so need some lunch……

Back from a tasty lunch plus refreshing cup of Redbush tea and I realise what I should be doing is getting back to what I do best….help market my clients with Online video.

Now that’s Green!
